Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions
- Establish and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices
- Lead complex platform development, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives
- Define integration strategies across enterprise systems including Azure, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
- Provide architectural oversight for platform enhancements and modernization efforts
- Support production issues through troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive platform strategy and roadmap
- Recommend innovative platform improvements and automation opportunities
- Assist with reporting, analytics, and operational improvements
