Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with Sous Chefs during peak periods to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to utilize excess ingredients in creative daily specials or other menu items.
- Comply with proper storage procedures as outlined by local health regulations and hotel requirements.
- Minimize waste and maintain controls to achieve forecasted food costs.
- Review work status and follow up on necessary actions with Sous Chefs before concluding shifts.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of relevant culinary experience or equivalent training.
