Job Opening: Cannabis Cultivator

Salary: $400 per week
About Us:
Cliff House Cannabis is a small craft grow dedicated to producing small batch high-quality craft cannabis
and we are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Grower to join our team.
Position Overview: Looking for someone to help out with day to days tasks.
As a Cultivator, you will need solid transportation, and able to work 3-4 days a week
Water Day - 9:30am- 10:30am (EASY!)
Work Day- 9:30- 2pm (transplant, harvest, cloning, pruning days)
Cliff House is only one flower room, so every week will look very different depending on what stage we are in on the flowering process. Some weeks will be very easy and less than 20hrs. Other weeks will be a full 20hrs.
Must be there by 9:30 am for proper plant feed time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily watering
- Monitor plant health, growth conditions
- Transplanting
- Cloning
- Pruning
- CLEANING
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Can lift 50lbs
Experience- YES
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation (minimum [2-3] years preferred)
- Strong understanding of cultivation techniques, plant care
- Needs to know how to properly prune a plant.
- Ability to work most weekends (not all) and flexible hours (typically 10 AM - 2 PM)
- Passion for craft growing and a commitment to quality
