What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mountain Springs Steward position at CLIFF CASTLE CASINO HOTEL?
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing a variety of janitorial duties such as running dish machine, cleaning floors, cleaning workstations, and general cleaning and sanitation of kitchen.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:
- Wash all dishes and cookware.
- Clean floors and walls.
- Remove trash from kitchen in a timely manner
- Assist in all aspects of cleaning and sanitation as instructed by Sous Chef and department Leadership.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
