POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for clearing and cleaning items from guest tables and transporting to kitchen.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:
- Clear used items (dishes, utensils, drinkware, paper products, food) from guest tables and transport them to kitchen.
- Clean tables, chairs, and floors in dining venue.
- Assist servers with serving and replenishing non-alcoholic beverages.
- Stock and re-stock ice, towels, drinkware, dishes, paper products, as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
