POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure systems run efficiently and securely, requiring strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Responsible for assisting in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems’ needs.
- Will provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.
- Build and install computers as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance on computers as required per schedules.
- Complete daily work duty detail log
- Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):
Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
- Required Education: HS Diploma Preferred Education: 2yr Degree
- Work Experience:
- Two (2) years as an IT Technician
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.
- Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
- Valid certification in at least one of the following: Network or Cisco Network Systems.
- Must be 18 years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
- Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
