Description
The Hotel Assistant Analyst is responsible for assisting with maintaining the organization of all internal and external reservation systems to ensure proper room rates, up-to-date booking information, and accurate reports.
Essential Duties
- Review daily room rates and occupancy levels, making changes as needed
- Manage internal and external reservation systems to accurately reflect reservations and payment information
- Adjust Hotel and Lodge room inventory to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Communicate with Marketing Department on the status of the Player Development block to make sure rooms are either booked or released at the proper time
- Prepare rate comparison report for surrounding properties
- Update external reservation systems with accurate rate data
- Communicate updates and prepare reports, as directed, for Hotel Leadership team
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Education: High School diploma, required. Some college, preferred.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clerical role at hotel property, required with at least 1 year hospitality experience in in the Northern Arizona market.
- 1 years’ experience rate yielding experience, required
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products and various hotel data management systems (OTA, PMS, GDS, Opera, etc.) and has experience with, Synexis, Site Minder or Travel Click.
- Must have solid organizational and planning skills with strong attention to details.
- Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, policies, procedures.
- Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: N/A
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid AZ Gaming License.
- Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional, positive, and courteous manner.
- Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, as deemed necessary.
- Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
