Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will support the sales team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our commercial landscape services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and landscaping and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences for commercial landscaping.
-Help acquire new clients and develop existing relationships.
- Create and edit content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and website copy that speak to decision makers.
- Assist with the management of social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling
- Support the coordination of events and trade shows
-Support the coordination of client lunches and client happy hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product management, to ensure consistent messaging
- Assist with marketing processes
-Schedule lunch and learns for marketing and sales team
-Prospect existing pipeline and cold opportunities which includes email, phone calls and cold walk ins.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or job experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of B2B sales.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
