Clientmind Recruiting is seeking a Product Manager for a growing client to own a portfolio of operational products, workflows, and platform capabilities that support partner onboarding, attribution, revenue operations, reporting, and internal business processes.
This role is ideal for a systems-oriented Product Manager who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, partnering closely with Engineering, and translating business requirements into detailed product specifications. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where product decisions often require balancing technical constraints, operational needs, and business objectives
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of platform and operational products
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Business teams to define and deliver solutions
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
- Design and improve workflows that support partner onboarding, attribution, reporting, and operational scalability
- Drive cross-functional alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyze data and business metrics to prioritize initiatives and measure outcomes
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions that improve operational performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support integrations and data exchange workflows
- Ensure product decisions account for edge cases, data quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience owning products from concept through delivery
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed product requirements and specifications
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, and workflow design
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, commerce, fintech, marketplace, affiliate, or data-driven platform environments
- Experience with attribution, onboarding, payments, monetization, or operational workflow systems
- Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, or business process automation solutions
- Experience working with partner ecosystems, third-party integrations, or data providers
- Startup or growth-stage company experience
- Technical background or prior software engineering experience
