This role is pivotal in setting up each project for success from day one, ensuring comprehensive schedules of values, meticulous documentation, and proactive issue management that safeguard their financial and contractual position.
The Director will act as the bridge between project execution and business strategy—establishing processes, supporting project managers, and ensuring claims or adjustments are beyond reproach when justified.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in federal construction project management, pre-construction, or operations leadership.
- Strong knowledge of **Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)**, equitable adjustments, and government contracting practices.
- Proven ability to create and manage **Schedules of Values (SOVs)** strategically.
- Demonstrated experience preparing REAs, claims, and contract changes that succeed in negotiation or audit review.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to mentor and elevate project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
- (Master’s degree or PMP/CCM certification preferred).
