Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance and service goals.
- Monitor daily workflow, call volume, response times, and service levels.
- Provide guidance and support for escalated client and representative inquiries.
- Assist customers and field representatives with questions regarding account servicing, financial products, licensing, appointments, and policy administration.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Track team performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, licensing, and field support departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer and representative experiences.

QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
