How Role Will Make An Impact
- Token Management:
- Maintain accurate records of token assignments, activations, and deactivations.
- Issue and distribute tokens to authorized military personnel, ensuring proper authentication and authorization procedures are followed.
- Monitor token inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure an adequate supply is maintained.
- Troubleshoot token-related issues, providing timely resolution to personnel encountering access problems.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement best practices for token security, including regular updates and audits.
- Windows System Administration:
- Perform basic Windows System Administrator tasks, such as user account management, permissions, and software installations.
- Monitor system health, resource utilization, and security configurations.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and backups.
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must posses and maintain an Secret clearance
- 6 Years of Experience of relevant experience
- General Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
- Strong understanding of token-based authentication systems, including hardware and software tokens.
- Proficiency in trouble ticketing systems and IT service management practices.
- Familiarity with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems and concepts.
- Solid knowledge of Windows system administration, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
