Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care in home settings.
Female client (44yrs) needs skilled nurse and are responsible for all clinical care, including giving medications through the G‑tube, managing tube feedings, and following all hydration and NPO instructions. They monitor and document intake/output, bowel movements, seizure activity, and any changes from the client’s normal baseline. Skilled staff must maintain aspiration precautions by keeping the client upright during and after feedings, perform skin checks, and report any signs of skin breakdown. They also oversee safe transfers using the Hoyer lift, support ambulation as tolerated, and ensure the power wheelchair is used safely. Skilled staff accompany the client to appointments when clinical oversight is needed and communicate regularly with the supervising nurse and care team about the client’s condition.
Client has daily PSS care.
We need Saturday and Sunday 9am-7pm.
Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour
