ROLE: IT SERVICE DESK MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGER
REQUIRED:
- ELIGIBILITY FOR FAVORABLE U.S. DHS SUITABILITY INVESTIGATION
- Ability to work onsite when needed at one of three locations in Arlington, VA.
- Ability to support 24x7x365 IT Support program deliverables & pers0nnel.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in managing information technology IT service desk
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
- Five (5) years’ experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
- ITIL4 and HDI Support Center Manager
(HDI_SCM) certifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for overseeing the TOC teams, including their performance, growth, and development.
• Manage incidents and changes. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders. Foster customer relationships.
• Manage the Call Center and Ticket Resolutions in accordance with the established SLAs.
