Client Liaison Services, a private investigations firm specializing in personal injury litigation support, is seeking a motivated and dependable Per Diem Field Investigator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in private investigations, legal services, insurance, or litigation support. Prior investigative experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate(s).
Responsibilities
- Conduct field investigations in support of personal injury and litigation matters
- Conduct neighborhood and location canvasses
- Interview witnesses and obtain statements when appropriate
- Locate and document relevant individuals, businesses, and locations
- Photograph and document conditions, activities, and other relevant evidence
- Prepare clear, detailed, and timely investigative reports
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation of investigative activities
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, witnesses, and members of the public
- Attend occasional appointments, interviews, or other field assignments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all assignments
Qualifications
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact appropriately with a wide range of individuals
- Excellent written documentation and report-writing skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout assigned areas
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone, computer, GPS/navigation, and basic office technology
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
- Prior private investigative, insurance, legal, security, law enforcement, or related experience is a plus
- College degree is desirable but not required
- Willingness to obtain a Notary Public commission is required
- Owning a vehicle or being able to travel my mass transit is a must
