Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Personal Lines
At Client Care Insurance, we are a family-owned independent insurance agency proudly serving the state of Florida since 2007. Over the years, we have continued to grow by offering a wide range of insurance solutions designed to protect our community while providing exceptional customer service.
We are currently seeking a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position focuses primarily on customer service and policy support for personal lines clients, while also assisting with policy renewals and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage changes, endorsements, and insurance documents
- Provide prompt and professional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process policy changes and update client information in the agency management system
- Handle incoming calls and direct calls when necessary
- Follow up on carrier notifications, cancellations, reinstatements, and suspension notices
- Support the processing of personal lines renewals
- Assist with rewriting policies during renewal periods when needed to help retain clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy activity
- Build positive relationships with clients through proactive communication andsupport
- Work closely with agents and team members to ensure excellent client experience
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Follow agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and insurance regulations
Qualifications
- Active Florida 4-40 Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products including auto, homeowners, renters and umbrella policies
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling high call volume and client follow-up
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
