Our Financial Firm is expanding and is looking for a Part Time administrative assistance to take care of our clients and back office task in our Financial Firm. Candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment . Your work schedule will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 6:30pm.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls, agents, emals, and correspondence in a professional manner.
* Maintain a secure and organized filing system for important client and agent documents.
Qualifications :
*Must be fluent in creole and english.
*Must be able to work as an independent agent.
*Must have at least 3 years customer service experience .
*Must have the ability to deal with difficult customers and be a great problem solver.
*Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States.
*Must be proficient with Microsoft office and good with computers.
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
