The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead new customer acquisition for ClickMint.
This role owns the sales process from first meaningful conversation through contract execution, working directly with senior decision-makers at e-commerce brands. You’ll be selling a sophisticated, outcome-driven platform in a consultative sales environment—clarity, judgment, and discipline matter here.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified introduction through close
- Lead discovery with Heads of E-commerce, Growth, Digital, GMs, and COOs
- Clearly present ClickMint’s platform, experimentation approach, and commercial model
- Guide prospects through evaluation, pricing, and contracting
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot
- Coordinate clean handoffs to Product and Experiment Operations teams
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent closure of high-quality, six-figure ACV agreements
- Clear expectation-setting and strong internal handoffs
- Healthy early-stage customer retention
- Predictable, disciplined pipeline management
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B sales experience (e-commerce, martech, or digital platforms preferred)
- Proven success closing six-figure ACV deals
- Experience selling to senior business and marketing leaders
- Strong communication, judgment, and deal qualification skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Compensation & Structure
- Competitive base salary
- Commission on first-year contract value
- No renewal commission or accelerators
