This is a full-time, entry-level, hybrid role based in Malibu, CA — perfect for a motivated, analytical graduate eager to build a career at the intersection of marketing, technology, and operations.
As a Growth & Operations Analyst, you’ll work directly with our leadership and data teams to support ongoing marketing operations, campaign analysis, and cross-departmental execution.
You’ll:
- Analyze digital marketing performance across traffic channels (affiliate, paid, organic)
- Support campaign tracking, CRM hygiene, and data reporting within HubSpot and GA4
- Assist with marketing operations and day-to-day coordination between internal and external teams
- Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
- Create and refine presentations, reports, and executive summaries for client and internal strategy reviews
- Work closely with senior analysts and AI engineers to align data insights with campaign testing

- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (UCLA, USC, UC Berkeley, Stanford, etc.)
