ClickMint is an AI-first performance lab reinventing how eCommerce brands grow. We combine proprietary generative-AI diagnostics with senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) architects to pinpoint and eliminate friction in digital shopping experiences.

Our platform analyzes behavioral and performance data, benchmarks it against a vast ecosystem of eCommerce revenue models, and recommends experimentally validated strategies — then executes them end-to-end with in-house designers and engineers for rapid A/B and multivariate testing.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Malibu, CA, ideal for a motivated engineer eager to apply machine learning in a commercial environment that moves fast and values autonomy.

As a Junior AI & Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll contribute directly to the development of ClickMint’s AI-driven experimentation engine — working on LLM orchestration, neural network modeling, behavioral clustering, and real-time pattern recognition across massive eCommerce datasets.

You’ll collaborate with our engineering, data science, and optimization teams to:

• Develop and deploy ML models that diagnose conversion friction in real time
• Build neural network architectures and decision-support systems for optimization recommendations
• Conduct large-scale statistical analyses and A/B inference testing
• Train, test, and refine models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks
• Push production-grade AI models live to impact client results within days — not months

This is a hands-on engineering role where your work translates directly into measurable revenue outcomes for major eCommerce brands.

• Strong understanding of Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and applied ML principles
• Solid foundation in Computer Science and algorithmic design
• Proficiency in Statistics and data analysis techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and in fast-moving collaborative teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or related field
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
• Experience in eCommerce, CRO, or consumer analytics is a plus
