As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's client base. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and bringing in new clients. In this role, you will need to be a skilled communicator and relationship builder who can work effectively with clients from a range of industries and backgrounds. You will also need to be knowledgeable about the leasing process and the types of equipment that are commonly leased in your target markets. Ultimately, your success as an account executive will depend on your ability to deliver excellent customer service, build trust with clients, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Compensation: $70K base salary, plus bonus and commission opportunities.
Modality: On-Site, West Valley, Utah
Required Overnight Travel: Up to 50%
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the company's client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients by providing excellent customer service and support
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to identify their leasing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that leased equipment is delivered and installed as expected
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and market trends
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel up to 50% overnight
