We are seeking a creative and driven Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our growing media team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photography and video content for residential and commercial real estate listings, agent branding, social media marketing, and community-focused content.
You'll play a key role in helping properties stand out in a competitive market through professional imagery, cinematic video tours, engaging short-form content, and visually compelling marketing materials. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling, content creation, and visual marketing within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Capture professional real estate photography for residential and commercial properties.
- Film cinematic property walkthroughs, listing videos, drone footage, and agent branding content.
- Create and edit short-form vertical videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Operate professional camera equipment, gimbals, drones, lighting, and audio gear to produce high-quality content.
- Edit photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including color correction, exposure balancing, and image enhancement.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating transitions, graphics, music, captions, and branding elements.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and marketing teams to develop content strategies that generate engagement and attract buyers.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quick turnaround times and high production standards.
- Organize and maintain digital media files and project archives.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, real estate marketing strategies, and emerging content formats.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in photography and videography, preferably within real estate, architecture, or marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography, video walkthroughs, and social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience creating engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Knowledge of composition, lighting, camera settings, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with drone operation and FAA Part 107 certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Passion for helping businesses and real estate professionals build their brands through compelling visual content.
