Instead of relying on expensive ads from big tech platforms, Clicki enables companies to turn their customers, employees, and partners into powerful referral engines. Our platform powers automated referral programs, tracks every referral in real time, and handles payouts instantly.
We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale the next phase of the business.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are not looking for someone to “run social media.”
We are looking for someone who can generate pipeline, improve conversion, and help tell the story of why Clicki wins.
You’ll work directly with the founders, sales team, and customer success team to turn what’s already working into a scalable growth engine.
Drive qualified inbound and support outbound efforts.
- Increase demo requests and booked meetings
- Improve landing pages and conversion flows
- Launch campaigns that drive real pipeline
Help us close more deals.
- Build case studies, ROI stories, and proof points
- Improve messaging across the funnel
- Refine ICP based on what’s actually converting
Turn real insights into high-performing content.
- Work directly with Kendall to capture and package ideas
- Highlight customer wins and real outcomes
- Build authority in the home services and SMB growth space
We believe strong distribution comes from showing, not telling.
- Shoot and edit short-form video (LinkedIn, reels, clips, demos)
- Turn raw ideas into polished content quickly
- Create customer stories and product explainers
- Test and iterate on formats that drive engagement and pipeline
Speed matters more than perfection.
Event & Outbound AmplificationExtend what’s already working.
- Turn trade shows and events into content and follow-up campaigns
- Support BDR efforts with better messaging and assets
- Help move prospects through the funnel faster
Test constantly.

What Success Looks LikeWithin 90 days:
- Increase in inbound demo volume
- Improved conversion rates
- Stronger sales messaging and content output
Within 6 months:
- Repeatable inbound outbound marketing engine
- Measurable impact on pipeline and ARR
- Recognizable brand presence in our niche
We’re looking for someone who thinks like an operator.
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, or demand generation
- Strong understanding of pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics
- Ability to write clear, compelling, high-converting content
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Highly analytical with a bias toward action
- Experience shooting and editing video (iPhone-level is fine)
- Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
- Strong instinct for what performs on LinkedIn and short-form video
- Ability to move quickly and produce content consistently
- You’ve built or contributed to a content presence (personal or company)
- You can show real examples of content you’ve created
- You understand how content ties directly to pipeline and revenue
- You’ve worked closely with sales teams before
