We are seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
This is a SALES ROLE on the WEST COAST USA and sales experience within the life sciences industry is a MUST.
How you will make an impact: As a Technical Sales Representative at ClickBio, you will be instrumental in building and sustaining strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting the company’s overall expansion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage, develop, and grow accounts within the west coast territory.
- Achieve established territory sales objectives.
- Assess laboratory workflows and identify customer priorities and challenges to effectively recommend ClickBio’s consumables, magnetic solutions, devices, and custom offerings.
- Maintain a strong technical understanding of ClickBio’s product portfolio and the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to a range of sales and marketing initiatives to engage a broad community of researchers.
- Represent ClickBio at industry trade shows, conferences, and other professional events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation to support effective territory management.
- Communicate customer insights and market feedback to management to support new product development initiatives.
- Travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet with customers.
We are seeking a qualified candidate with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field-preferably Biology or Chemistry.
- 2 years of customer-facing laboratory sales is required.
- Functional knowledge of laboratory applications (cell culture, NGS, Sample Prep, PCR, ELISA)
- Must be able and willing to travel monthly at least 50% of the time.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs into product specifications for the engineering team.
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills to multitask and meet deadlines as needed.
- Understanding of laboratory procedures and methodology with a focus on automation.
- Preferably you will have a network within Pharma (i.e. Pfizer, Merck, Moderna)

The base salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000 DOE. This position is commission-based and uncapped. Expected total compensation to exceed $130,000.
