About the Role:
Click4Corp is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
Manage support tickets and follow up with clients
Assist with onboarding new clients
Provide updates on services, invoices, and account status
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain clear, professional communication
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is required
Strong technical skills and comfort using CRM systems and workflow tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a team
