CLICK Real Estate Photography and Video is actively seeking part-time Freelance Photographers (1099 Independent Contractors) across multiple locations in the USA to join our rapidly expanding network. THE BASICS

Pay: This is a part-time business partnership where you can earn a competitive, uncapped performance-based income, typically ranging from $400 to $1500 per week, with flexible scheduling and valuable benefits like an employee discount and a referral program.

Schedule: This is a part-time Freelance Photographer role designed for flexibility. You will work independently, setting your own hours and scheduling appointments. You should generally be available 2 to 3 days a week, specifically from Monday through Saturday, to handle the volume of shoots.

YOUR DAY AS A FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER

You will capture high-quality images by taking stunning interior and exterior photographs of residential and commercial properties, utilizing professional photography techniques to highlight each listing's best features. You will also conduct aerial and virtual tours by operating drone equipment for dynamic aerial photography and creating immersive 3D virtual tours using Matterport technology, offering your clients a unique perspective of their properties. A key part of your role will be engaging in sales and client consultations where you will meet with potential clients to understand their specific needs, actively promote CLICK's services, and effectively communicate the significant value of high-quality real estate media in improving property marketing. Furthermore, you will work to maintain professional relationships by fostering positive interactions with real estate agents and clients, always providing exceptional customer service and timely communication throughout every project. Finally, you will execute 3D scans of properties using advanced technology to create detailed virtual tours that enhance the client experience and showcase listings in a highly interactive format.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER

• Experience in real estate or vacation rental photography
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Available 2 - 3 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
• Reliable internet connection
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots
• Eager to join our network of real estate professionals

Equipment Requirements:

• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5 in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
• Sturdy Tripod
• Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X
• Matterport or 360 camera
• Smartphone - iPhone 11 or a newer Android

Experience as a 1099 contractor and/or experience owning your own photography company is preferred.
