THE TYPE OF FREELANCE REAL ESTATE AND VACATION RENTAL PHOTOGRAPHER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in real estate or vacation rental photography and videography
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding customer‑service mindset
- 2–3 days weekly availability (Mon–Sat)
- Reliable internet
- Valid driver's license reliable vehicle
- A photography and video portfolio (submitted in your application)
- Experience as a 1099 contractor or business owner (preferred)
- Matterport camera ownership/experience (preferred)
Equipment Requirements:
- DSLR Body (capable of 5 AEB bracketing)
- Wide‑angle lens (no prime)
- Sturdy tripod
- Laptop (Windows 32/64 bit or Mac OS X) Matterport or 360 camera
- Smartphone (iPhone 11 or newer Android)
- FAA Part 107 Drone License
