Overview We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Rep to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting business owners face-to-face, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.In this position, you will focus on B2B sales, connecting directly with local businesses to introduce and sell our commercial cleaning solutions. The right candidate is confident initiating conversations, comfortable prospecting in person, and energized by closing new business.Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new B2B sales leads for commercial cleaning services
- Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses to introduce services and build relationships with decision-makers
- Spend time actively visiting businesses, identifying opportunities, and developing new accounts
- Qualify prospects, assess client needs, and recommend tailored service solutions
- Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close sales
- Maintain and manage a consistent pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities
- Track sales activity, client communication, and deal progress in CRM
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and in-person visits
- Represent the company professionally in the field and throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and service delivery
Qualifications
- 1 years of sales experience preferred
- B2B sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience with outside sales, field sales, route sales, canvassing, or door-to-door sales is a major plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable approaching businesses in person and speaking with owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
