Experienced, Child Care Lead Teacher with $1,500 Sign On bonus

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years or older; High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience working with children in a licensed childcare center or comparable setting
• CPL III or Child Development Associate Certificate upon hire
• Ability to pass BCI/FBI Background Check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field with 1 years experience 
• Current CPR and First Aid certification

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants through school-age children, while maintaining accurate records of each child’s growth and development
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom and lead/support assistants and aides
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff to build strong relationships
• Use strong organization, time management, and child development knowledge to support a positive learning environment
