Our goal is to be the leading provider of exciting technology that improves the quality of mobility in communities around the world.As the Senior Salesforce Administrator at Clever Devices, you will play a crucial role in refining and advancing our recently launched Salesforce platform to meet our evolving needs to better serve our internal and external customers. We are looking for a proactive and strategic individual who can analyze, design optimized processes, improve user experience, and drive best practices across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and leading the product roadmap to maximize platform capabilities, measuring business outcomes and a strong return on investment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of user and license administration, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules.Oversee all Salesforce Projects and Enhancements are delivered timely and on budget, collaborating with departmental leaders to ensure success. Execute Salesforce configuration changes, such as Flows, approval processes, record types, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, and dashboards.Manage all declarative tools including the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and page layouts.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and maintain comprehensive code documentation and unit test coverage.Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of the codebase.Oversee sandbox management and DevOps/release processes.Identify, gather, and translate business requirements into best practice, scalable solutions that prioritize user experience.Analyze platform usage to identify and activate underutilized features, designing a roadmap and setting platform priorities.Communicate platform updates to users and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.Enhance data quality within Salesforce through rule establishment and automation.Conduct regular system maintenance, including security reviews, health checks, release updates, and optimization.Address and resolve user support tickets, ensuring positive user engagement and adoption.Train new and existing users and manage technical documentation.Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features for administration and optimization.Manage third-party applications and vendors integrated with Salesforce, such as Rapidi, Appfire and Aeon2Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers on testing and deployment activities.Qualifications and ExperienceRequired:At least 5 years of direct Salesforce Administration experience, preferably with Service and Sales CloudSalesforce Certified Administrator credential.Advanced experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, record types, apps, and custom settings. Strong understanding of declarative tools and features on the Salesforce platform.Strong experience in change management and governance within Salesforce.Proficiency with DevOps/release management processes.Previous experience implementing a large-scale Salesforce Implementation with a Salesforce Consulting PartnerDesirable:Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder.Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a related field.Expert familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with backlog management tools (e.g., [Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar]).Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components. Skills and AbilitiesStrong analytical skills with a proactive approach to platform improvements.Ability to design scalable, best-practice solutions that support business goals.Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Expertise in translating business requirements into technical solutions.Comprehensive experience in user training and creating technical documentation.Availability to respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Demonstrated ability to link technology strategy to measurable business outcomes and KPIs.Additional Advantages:Active involvement in the Salesforce community.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.Commitment to personal and professional development within the Salesforce ecosystem.Clever Devices is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation range posted for this position represents the anticipated minimum and maximum compensation for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The exact compensation offered will depend on several factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, training, education and/or physical location; internal equity; and, budget. Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
