Role Description
We're hiring a full-time IT Support Specialist to work service requests on-site with our team. You'll be the person clients talk to when something breaks, and the person who makes sure it gets fixed well and documented properly. The role covers a mix of tier 1 and tier 2 work across a broad tech stack, with room to grow into more advanced work over time.
Essential Job Duties
• Work service requests end to end, from day to day user issues to deeper Microsoft 365 and Windows Server troubleshooting
• Deliver clear, patient communication to non-technical users
• Diagnose and resolve common networking, security, and email issues
• Log and document every service request thoroughly
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when appropriate
• Support on-site visits to client locations when remote resolution isn't enough
• Collaborate with the team on projects that require onsite technical engagement
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Solid documentation habits and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and pick up new tools quickly
• Associate or bachelor's degree in IT is required
• CompTIA A , Network , or Security is a plus
• Prior MSP or multi-client support experience is a plus
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms is a plus
