Job Summary
The Technical System Analyst will have a solid foundation in software implementation and data integration. This individual must demonstrate the capabilities required to plan, analyze, configure, implement, and support workflow solutions at a healthcare organization. To be successful in this role, the individual requires strong data analysis, critical thinking, and client management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliver measurable performance outcomes. Will approach problem-solving challenges independently, have a strong attention to detail, understands general data integration workflows, and has a passion for implementing quality software solutions.

Functions & Job Responsibilities
- Updating of documentation and technical diagrams.
- Assess and analyses business requirements, current state environment and technology choices to evaluate solution alternatives that meet business sponsor needs.
- Analyses the viability of the solution to meet project timeline, budget and quality.
- Work with technical systems specialist, business systems specialists from the impacted application groups/3rd parties to understand the current state and constraints for defining the future state architecture & the interfaces.
- Work with Solution Architects, Security Architecture and Infrastructure SME’s to ensure that all aspects of the Architecture are defined and elaborated.
- Develop the architecture artifacts and reviews with Enterprise Architecture, Lead Architects, Business Architects and the key project stakeholders.
- Review details designs in order to ensure compliance with the solution architecture.
- Manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously with the ability to adapt to change easily and function in a deadline driven environment.
- Unit and Integration testing on migrated applications.
- Trouble shoot/debug defects, and identify root cause.
- Ability to promote a cooperative work/team environment by presenting a professional and responsive attitude towards others and by demonstrating prompt and conscientious work habits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Informatics, or equivalent educ/experience
- 5 years’ experience in computer science or 4 years of related experience in data and/or Product Management experience with direct Production ownership
- SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
- 2 years within healthcare, business, or information systems
- Possesses detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise
- Makes decisions regarding own work on primarily routine cases
- Works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors
- Conceptual thinking
- Creative thinking
- Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, and creativity in problem-solving.
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Strong Data Analytical skills, working with SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS skills.
- Ability to facilitate business and technical design sessions.
- 3 Years Experience in a health system that include systems analysis and/or information technology activities.3 Years in depth experience with developing functional specifications, strong and writing skills and ability to successfully interact across functions at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in Health care domain.
