Responsibilities
- Rapidly respond to leads, day, night, weekdays, or weekends.
- Assess, inspect, estimate, and close sales for restoration jobs.
- Educate customers on their restoration options and payment solutions.
- Coordinate with field teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Update CRM systems promptly with customer and job details.
- Communicate effectively with referral partners and business development reps.
- Participate in weekly training to improve your sales and technical skills.
- Maintain a high closing rate (80% expected).
- Outside Sales Experience is required
- Construction/Restoration experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills, you love helping people.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when on-call.
- Self-motivated and proactive, you don't wait for opportunities, you create them.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Tech-savvy, experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Full Time Position
- Competitive Compensation Base Uncapped Commission (Potential earnings: $80,000 per year)
