Job Summary
Provides the highest quality, comprehensive cross-functional student services for identified Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Bursar, and Academic Records functions at the main campus and off-campus locations. Advises, investigates, problem-solves, and resolves questions and issues from current, previous and future students, parents, the visiting public and the CSU community. Works closely with colleagues across campus to provide efficient and effective referral services for students who need assistance from academic service areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance the operation of All-in-One/Campus411 and increase the efficiency of service functions within the Center. Interacts with all internal and external customers modeling professional courtesy, respect and quality service behaviors. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration, Business or related field.
- Four (4) years’ experience in Admissions, Academic Records, Registration, Financial Aid, Bursar, or related service function in a service environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends and travel off campus as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
