Restaurant Manager – Full-Time
The Original Pancake House - Fairview Park
Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment? The Original Pancake House is looking for a dependable, motivated Full-Time Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Our restaurant operates from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys daytime restaurant operations. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
- Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and team development.
- Monitor labor, productivity, and restaurant performance.
- Address guest concerns professionally and effectively.
- Ensure restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
- Lead by example and create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
- Previous BOH/Line Cook experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and guest-focused.
- Ability to work weekends is required.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
