Tile Installer & Fabrication Technician

Cleveland Porcelain Gallery is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This is a hybrid position that combines high-end tile installation with stone and porcelain fabrication.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to build a long-term career. Experienced professionals are encouraged to apply, but we are also willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install tile, large-format porcelain, and natural stone
• Build custom showers, floors, fireplaces, and feature walls
• Cut, polish, and finish stone and porcelain in our fabrication shop
• Assist with fabrication, project preparation, and material handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Tile installation experience is preferred
• Stone fabrication experience is a plus
• Experience cutting and polishing stone or porcelain is a plus
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in both shop and field environments
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
