Intervention Specialist - Full-Time - $42-$45/hr - Small Caseload (Approx. 10 Students)
Therapy Source is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for K-3 charter school students. This full-time position is available for the remainder of the current school year and offers a small, focused caseload of approximately 10 students, allowing for meaningful instruction and manageable compliance responsibilities.
Position Details
• $42-$45 per hour
• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Grades K-3
• Small caseload - approximately 10 students
• Pull-out service model
Responsibilities May Include
• Providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data
• Creating a positive, structured learning environment
• Supporting students, families, and general education staff
• Coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills
• Developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
