Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pre-Press Operator, based in Cleveland, OH. The Pre-Press Operator will handle tasks such as preparing design files for printing, operating pre-press software, ensuring proper plate production, and performing quality checks to maintain production standards. The role requires keen attention to detail, familiarity with pre-press and printing processes, and collaboration with the production team to ensure projects meet deadlines and specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Print Production and knowledge of Printing processes
- Experience in Pre-press operations with expertise in preparing files for print
- Understanding of CTP (Computer-to-Plate) technology and Plate Making
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production timelines
- Familiarity with graphic design software and pre-press tools
- Previous experience in a print production environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in print production preferred
