Description: Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and Building Principal, performs secretarial duties that support efficient and effective operations of the Department of Early Childhood. Serves as a support person for the Preschool Program. This person conducts and processes all preschool programs and special education preschool registrations, conducts daily attendance phone calls, supports with entering student information and data in various Universal Pre-Kindergarten systems, ensures staff and child records are kept up-to-date for annual licensing inspections, is responsible for entering and up-dating all necessary data into IC, and performs other tasks as assigned
Job Summary: 7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week, 225 days/year.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrates evidence of appropriate literacy and numeracy skills (I.e., reading comprehension, written/oral communication, mathematical reasoning/application, etc.).
- Demonstrates high level of proficiency in spelling, proofreading and correct use of grammar.
- Interacts comfortably/confidently with the public.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated skill in computers (I.e., G Suite, etc.)
