Description: Under the supervision of the Building Principal and the Head Custodian assist in performing the custodial/maintenance work required to ensure the safety, maintenance, and operation of a building or buildings, its contents, and grounds.
Job Summary: 8.0 hours/day, 5 days/week, 260 days/year; 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to read and write; ability to perform basic math calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication and division; ability to lift and move heavy furniture and supplies weighing at least 70 pounds; good motor coordination, finger and manual dexterity and physical ability to perform all of the essential functions of the job; verbal ability and good communication skills; skilled in operating simple hand power tools; two years of related successful experience. A GED or High School diploma.
