What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or finance.
- CPA or EA certification is preferred.
- 5 years' experience in public accounting.
- Expert in corporate income tax preparation and individual income tax preparation.
- Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop others in a positive manner
- Ability to explain complex tax issues in an understandable manner.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, staff, and projects simultaneously with flexibility and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, follow up, and follow-through.
