Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, including opening, closing, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product knowledge, and resolving issues promptly.
- Help train, develop, and motivate team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, POS systems, and customer engagement strategies.
- Help handle purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail store operations or similar environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Extensive retail sales experience within the grocery or agricultural supply industry preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory systems (POS systems), bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in training & development, and operational oversight.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and store presentation standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
