REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE DESIRED: |
At least one year of work experience in a position requiring interpersonal interaction skills and knowledge of strategies to support students with social, emotional, and behavior needs. |

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: |
This position requires constant hand-eye, mind-eye coordination, hearing; intermittent holding, repetitive motions with wrists, hands, fingers, opening, pulling, reaching, sitting, sorting, speaking, talking, turning and writing. Frequent bending over, carrying, filing, grasping, keyboarding and stooping are required. |

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: |
Demonstrated skill using a computer for word processing and data entry. |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
- Assists teacher in identifying student needs.
- Provides tutorial assistance for students in all classes.
- Prepares instruction and supplementary materials.
- Keeps records.
- Checks papers, workbooks, homework and tests.
- Assists students with makeup work.
- Maintains student confidentiality.
- Assists teachers in supervising students in the classroom.
- May be requested by administration to transport students using personal vehicle.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.

PAY INFORMATION
Starting at $18.12 per hour $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Pay Day: Last working day of each month, based on the payroll cutoff schedule.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid break
0.75 FTE, 30 hours per week, 9 months
