We recently acquired a Dairy Queen® location in Mentor and are rebuilding the operation—team, systems, and standards.
We’re looking for a General Manager in Training to play a key role in that turnaround and grow into leading the restaurant.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day operations and help establish strong, consistent processes
- Train, coach, and develop a reliable team
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift execution
- Learn to manage sales performance, labor, and costs
- Ensure high standards in service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Help build a structured, accountable, and positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to grow into a General Manager role
- Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred but not required
