The Account Manager will oversee a premier client, ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, and coordinate cleaning schedules with the operations team. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing customer concerns, and conducting regular site inspections to maintain standards. Additionally, the Account Manager will play a key role in identifying opportunities for service improvement and assisting the General Manager and President with operational planning.

- Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking

- Prior experience in janitorial site management, customer service, or related fields is advantageous

- High school diploma or equivalent; and relevant degree, is a plus
