Job Summary:
The Laboring Technician supports daily construction site operations by performing general labor tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting skilled trades as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general site and building clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work area
- Assist with small carpentry and construction-related tasks under supervision
- Police trash, dumpsters, and construction waste to ensure proper disposal and recycling practices
- Support Foremen and Superintendents with various site activities and material handling
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project goals and timelines
