Laborer

Cleveland Construction is seeking dependable, hard-working Laborer to join our commercial construction team! It’s the kind of place that people look to find a job and wind up finding a career. • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to provide documentation required for government contract work (REAL ID driver's license, Social Security card, and U.S. Birth Certificate or valid U.S. Passport).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload the drywall cart
• move framing and Sheetrock on drywall carts
• sweep and load debris into trash carts
• offload debris from trash cart into chute
• Assist with anything as needed

EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE

• Ability to work as a team member
• Reliable means of transportation
• High School GED or Equivalent
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Pass E-Verify

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include the heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc.
• Able to access all areas of the job site, which include stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc.
• Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, twisting etc.
• Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 85 pounds
