Commercial Project Superintendent

Cleveland Construction is hiring a Superintendent for a project in Seymour, TN. This role would be perfect for an experienced commercial Superintendent with experience with fuel station and retail projects. Willing to travel short-term and long-term once the project is complete is required. We are looking for a Superintendent who takes ownership of the job site, delivers safe and high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily on-site construction operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
  
  
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7  years of commercial construction experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
• OSHA 30 certified preferred Travel required
