Our retail division is expanding throughout Independence and the surrounding neighborhoods, so we need an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team immediately. One of our core partners is with AT&T and their wireless division, but we’ve recently signed a contract with Primo Water to design retail and event-based sales strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand expansion and long-term market share.
This partnership brings a unique opportunity to join our team as an Event Marketing Assistant. As the Event Marketing Assistant, you are primarily responsible to attend retail event campaigns and directly connect with customers to promote our client’s products and services. This is a growth-focused opportunity for individuals who want to drive measurable business results and earn the opportunity to lead client campaigns and teams.
Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Execute direct event marketing and sales strategies within retail environments
- Conduct consultative conversations with customers, identifying needs and aligning them with premium products and services
- Deliver professional and engaging sales presentations to clearly articulate the benefits, value and pricing of appropriate products
- Establish and nurture genuine relationships with customers to retain business and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and other teams to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts, event marketing solutions and sales campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance, customer engagement and conversion rates
- Take ownership of individual performance and KPIs while collaborating with a high-performance team
