We value continuous learning and growth, offering support for certification after two years on the unit. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident, you will work closely with a success coach to provide direct nursing care and establish priorities for patient care based on acuity of need, patient preference, and resource availability.
Your Role
- Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
- Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
- Respond to data indicating risk to patients health and initiate action to correct, reduce or prevent risk.
- Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
- Document in patients medical records.
